在进行煤矿轴流通风机设计的过程中,为了保证动叶运行的可靠性和安全性,需要对动叶支杆进行合理的结构设计和强度校核计算,基于动叶支杆主要受动叶旋转离心力的作用,完成了动叶离心力的理论计算,为后续动叶支杆强度校核提供准确数据,提高了设计的可靠性,具有重要的指导意义和应用价值。
During the design of an axial flow fan used in mine, the reasonable design of the moving blade and the calculation of the strength are needed. The calculation of the centrifugal force of the moving blade has been finished, because the centrifugal force from the rotating of the moving blade is the primary force. The method above can improve the dependability of the design, and has important value of engineering applications.
