摘要 根据PC5282颚式破碎机主要结构性能参数,对机构进行了运动仿真,得出理想的运动轨迹和行程,并进行了受力分析。建立了动颚的三维模型。基于COSMOSWORKS平台对动颚进行了有限元优化分析,揭示了动颚在静力载荷下有限元优化前后的应力分布、位移分布和变形分布的规律,对动颚进行了结构优化,减轻了重量,为动颚的改进设计提供参考。 According to the performance parameters of the main structure of the jaw crusher PC5282, movement simulation of its mechanism was done to get trajectory and the stress analysis. The three- dimensional model of the movable jaw was set up. On the COSMOSWORKS platform, finite element analysis of the movable jaw was finished to reveal the distribution laws of stress, displacement and deformation. The structure optimization of the movable jaw was also done to lighten the weight. All research was to provide references for improvement design of the movable jaw.
