摘要 应用碰撞理论对pckw0809环锤式破碎机的主轴总成进行了动力学分析及推导计算,获得相关参数的计算公式。通过动力学分析对破碎机的工作可靠性进行了验证,同时得出环锤的相关运动参数。根据相应的参数对破碎机进行极限位置受力情况的分析,得到关键零部件的应力和变形情况,排除了破碎机工作过程中的安全隐患;同时分析结果为环锤式破碎机的设计改进提供参考,对工程实践具有重要的指导意义。 Using the theory of collision to make dynamic analysis for the assembly of spindle of pckw0809 annular hammer crusher, and geting the formula of relevant parameters to solve the problem of intensity of the key moving parts of the annular hammer crusher. Through the dynamic analysis, the accuracy of the results of the kinetic analysis was verified. At the same time get the motion parameters of annular hammer. In accordance with the corresponding parameters, carrying out the analysis of the forces on limit crushing position, then drawing the load distribution of maximum stress at the assembly and the force states of key parts. It is showed that the safe factor of parts is enough, which precluded the risks for compressive strength of annular hammer crusher. The result was provided references for the design of annular hammer crushers. So it has immense guiding significance for engineering practice.
