Design about Pick Arrangement of Horizontal Axis of Roadheader

对横轴式掘进机截割头的截齿布置进行了研究和设计,以截割头受力均匀、切屑大小均匀为准则,从整体上对截齿的排列进行设计。依照整体设计,可以同时考虑到截割头外形选择,螺旋线方程和头数的确定以及截齿的排列,具有一定的灵活性和很好的实用性,为横轴式掘进机截齿的排列提供了一种理论基础。

The article has done the research and design about pick arrangement of the horizontal axis of roadheader. It taught the force uniform of cutting head,the size uniform of chips as the principle to design the pick arrangement from the overall design. At the same time considering the choice of cutting head, determining the equations and numbers of spiral line and arranging the picks. It is flexible good practical and provide a basis theoretical for the pick arrangement of the horizontal axis of roadheader.
