摘要
研究了应用渐开线为基本型线,设计一种新型渐开线型面楔形块逆止器,应用Pro/E软件进行设计及分析,验证了设计参数。对传统圆柱型面楔形块逆止器和渐开线型面楔形块逆止器进行了应力分析,渐开线型面楔形块逆止器能够降低工作应力,提高强度。
The author studied the application of involute as a basic type line, designed a new type of involute surface wedge backstop with the application of Pro/E software for design and analysis, verified the design parameters. The author analyses the stress of the traditional cylindrical surface wedge backstop and involute surface wedge backstop, and concluded that the latter can reduce work stress and improve strength.
