摘要
主要介绍斜盘式轴向柱塞泵柱塞的运动学及动力学分析,通过对斜盘面、柱塞建立三维坐标系,分析柱塞在斜盘上某个动点的运动轨迹,利用SolidWorks软件建立柱塞的三维模型并用其自带的simulation插件模拟出位移、应力应变等变化曲线图并分析结果,从而优化设计,对于延长柱塞泵的使用寿命和提高效率奠定一定的理论基础。
This paper describes the kinematic and dynamic analysis of the swash plate axial piston pump plunger. Analysis the trajectory of a fixed point that the plunger on the swash plate by creating a three -dimensional coordinate systm on the oblique disk and plunger. Creat three-dimensional model of the plunger by using SolidWorks software, simulate the graphs of displacement and stress-strain with its own simulation plug and analyze the results in order to optimize the design. It lays a theoretical basis for the extension of the high life and improving the efficiency of the piston pump.
