摘要
为了能够准确地分析罗茨鼓风机的动力特性,利用MATLAB软件对其进行了动力学仿真。分析了罗茨鼓风机的工作原理;讨论了罗茨鼓风机产生动力振动的成因;研究了罗茨鼓风机的动力学模型;利用MATLAB软件进行了罗茨鼓风机机组的仿真分析,获得了罗茨鼓风机机组的前6阶固有频率,为罗茨鼓风机机组的动态设计提供了有效的理论依据。
In order to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the Roots blower correctly, MATLAB software is applied in the simulation analysis of it. The working principle of the Roots blower is analyzed, and then the cause analysis of the vibration of the Roots blower is discussed. And then the dynamic model of the Roots blower is studied. The simulation is carried out based on MATLAB software, and the top six natural frequencies are obtained, which offer effective theory guidance for dynamical design of the Roots blower.
