以矿车柴油机凸轮轴为研究对象,采用APDL参数化分析凸轮轴轴颈的半径、基圆半径、圆角半径等因素对凸轮轴过渡圆角处应力集中效应的影响程度,为凸轮轴的优化设计提供有价值的理论依据。

Based on a diesel engine camshaft as research object,the radius of the camshaft journal, the base circle radius, radius, and other factors on the camshaft fillet stress focus on the degree of effect are analyzed and caculated by APDL parametric design, which provide valuable theoretical basis for the optimized design of the camshaft.
