摘要
以某型号装载机为研究对象,通过三维实体软件Pro/E完成装载机从车架到工作装置的实体建模,联合运用动力学仿真软件ADAMS对装载机进行动态仿真模拟,得到前车架在典型工况下的载荷值,验证了Pro/E与ADAMS联合运用仿真的高效性,此结果可以作为前车架强度分析的基础。
A certain type of loader is research object in this paper. The 3D model of loader are created by the using of Pro/E, combined with the application of dynamic simulation software ADAMS to carry out the dynamical imitation, the load of the front frame under various working conditions can be obtained, which verifies the feasibility of Pro/E and ADAMS combining to work together and improves productivity. The analysis of strength of loader front frame in different working conditions can be based on the results.
