摘要
设计了一种测量平板典型零件多孔圆度与圆柱度误差的测量系统。选取了系统的测量方法,并进行了数学建模,分析了测量系统的工作原理。对测量系统的误差进行了分析,并对测量系统的数值进行了计算,结果表征:测量系统性能和精度满足要求,提高了多孔平板零件孔的圆度、圆柱度误差测量效率,对同类零件的检测提供借鉴和参考。
Designed a measure multi-roundness and cylindricity error measurement system based tablet typical parts. Select the system of measurement methods and mathematical modeling, and analysis of the working principle of the measurement system.
