摘要
建立跟刀架在细长轴加工过程中所受力产生变形的力学模型,统计跟刀架在切削过程中的受力和细长轴的尺寸误差的几何分析3个模型,并从这3个模型来分析细长轴在车削过程中的误差与跟刀架所受力产生变形量的关系,最后通过试验来进行验证,得到的实测值与仿真值较为接近,故可通过此法来实时检测细长轴加工的尺寸误差。
To build a model of reaction because of stress deformation of follwer rest in turning slender bar process , statistics the stress of follower rest in the process of turning the slender bar,and the slender bar deflection and the geometric analysis of the diameter error. Analyses the relationship between slender bar diameter error and the deformation of follower rest because suffered a reaction in turning process. From the three model. Finally,do a experment to verify the theory, get a conclusion that the measured values and simulation values is very close, so use this method to real detection of the size of the error of the slender axis in turning process on-line.
