摘要
介绍了一种新型带式输送机断带抓捕器,其抓捕形式为纯机械式上带全断面抓捕,采用曲柄滑块式机构及摩擦辊子制动下滑输送带。具有抓捕力可调、抓捕力大、自动铲去输送带输送物、抓捕可靠、无二次撕裂及便于维护等优点。
A new type belt-broken protective device for belt conveyor is introduced in this paper. Its catch form is pure mechanical and whole section catch to the up belt. It uses crank-slider mechanism and friction roller to catch falling belt. There are many advantages of the device, such as adjustable catch force, big catch force, automatic shovel off belt conveyor, reliable catch, no secondary tear, easy to maintenance and so on.
