全平衡滚子链谐波减速传动结构方案及应用

摘要 全平衡滚子链谐波传动是一种以滚子链取代柔轮、静动态全平衡、减速与输出复合同步的新型谐波传动。着重面向一般工业领域的常用传动需求,给出几种具有产品创新开发价值的结构方案及相关应用,其中包括全平衡滚子链谐波减速机械的基型方案和减速电机、电动轮毂、电动滚筒的一体化结构方案。 The fully equilibrium harmonic transmission with roller chain is a new type oI harmomc drive. In this new drive, the flexspline is replaced by the roller chain, the structure can keep static&dynamic equilibrium and output mechanism is composited sync with the deceleration mechanism. Focus on the common drive demand for general industrial areas, several structural solutions and related applications are proposed for its innovation and development values. The solutions are including basic structure of the fully equilibrium harmonic deceleration transmission with roller chain and the integrated structures of the geared motor, electric hub and electric drum.
