摘要
农业生产与工业生产不同,农业具有净化空气、保护环境和保全国土的功能。农业是一个自然过程,并且是一个自然的吸收炭的过程,是生态修复的最好领域,但市场机制并没有对此进行等价支付或补偿,长期以来所要求的只是"作为产业的农业,作为商品的农产品",这体现了市场的本质缺陷和对农业的不公平。在市场逐利行为与经济效益至上影响下,加剧了农业的"弱质"和农民的"弱势"性。
Agricultural production is different from that of industry.It can purify air and protect environment and land.Agriculture is the best area for ecological restoration in one country,because it is a natural process to absorb carbon.But market mechanism does not pay for it.What we did is to pay for agriculture as products or commodity.This shortcoming of market is not fair for agriculture and is a bottleneck in dealing with the issues of farmers,agriculture and countryside in China.
