服务经济本质上也是知识经济,知识和技术的进步反映在生产性服务业的发展上。作为主导产业的基本性质和重要地位使生产性服务业主导了服务经济条件下的产业升级。生产性服务业主导产业升级的实现机制主要包括产业融合机制、产业创新机制、产业集群机制、产业竞争机制。产业融合是生产性服务业带动产业升级的基本机制。通过产业融合,生产性服务业与其他产业整合为紧密的产业体系,形成产业升级网络。产业创新升级是创新性生产性服务业主导的产业体系整体全面的创新升级。
Service economy is essentially knowledge economy.Progress of knowledge and technology shows itself in development of productive service.Mechanism of upgrading pillar industry in productive service includes industrial integration mechanism,industrial innovation mechanism,industrial cluster mechanism and industrial competition mechanism.They can inter-act each other and can promote the industrial upgrading.
