摘要
伊拉斯谟教师流动项目有教学型流动与培训型流动两种类型,分别于1997年和2007年启动。结合相关统计数据,通过对参与教师的学科领域、逗留时间、资金情况以及性别比进行分析,该项目呈现出总体规模不断拓展、培训型流动教师增幅快、教师在外停留时间减少等特色,并存在项目影响有限、教师流动分布不均、教师性别比不均等问题。
There are two kinds of Teacher Mobility branch programs in Erasmus Program, one was the mobility for teaching assignment launched in 1997 and the other was mobility for training launched in 2007. Through analyzing the subject area, duration of mobility, grants, gender of these teachers, the characteristics can be concluded as follows : the number of teachers participated in this program increases rapidly; the increase speed of teacher mobility for training is faster than teacher mobility for teaching assignment, the duration of mobility keeps decreasing and so on. There are also some problems such as that the influence of this program is limited, the area distribution and the gender distribution is not balanced.
