Gray sequence analysis of ecological factors in relation to Acarus siro

摘要 目的探讨粗脚粉螨种群与生态因子的关系。方法于2012年5—8月在淮北市濉溪县粮仓定点采集标本,鉴定粗脚粉螨及其天敌并计数,同时记录仓库的相对湿度及温度。采用灰色关联度分析法分析粗脚粉螨种群与生态因子的关联性。结果粗脚粉螨成螨在7月下旬达到高峰(55只/g),其若螨在6月中旬达到高峰(12只/g),肉食螨对该螨有一定的跟随效应。3种生态因子与粗脚粉螨成螨数量的关联度依次为相对湿度(0.757 9)>天敌数量(0.670 5)>仓温(0.567 5);与粗脚粉螨若螨数量的关联度依次为仓温(0.607 3)>天敌数量(0.531 8)>相对湿度(0.514 2);与种群数量的关联度依次为相对湿度(0.776 7)>天敌数量(0.718 0)>仓温(0.580 4)。结论环境中的温湿度及天敌数量是影响粗脚粉螨种群消长的重要生态因子。 Objective To explore the relationship between the population of A carus siro and ecological factors. Methods The population of Acarus siro and predatory mites were collected, examined and counted in granary, relative humidity and temperature were recorded. The relationship was analyzed by gray sequence analysis between the population of A carus siro and ecological factors. Results The adults population ofAcarus siro reached peaks in late July (55 NO/g), nymphs in mid-June (12 NO/g), and the population of predatory mites showed the following efficiency. The results of gray sequence analysis showed the ecological factors for adults were relative humidity (0.757 9)〉natural enemy (0.670 5)〉temperature (0.567 5); for nymphs were temperature (0.607 3)〉natural enemy (0.531 8)〉 relative humidity (0.514 2); for the population were relative humidity (0.776 7)〉natural enemy (0.718 0)〉temperature (0.580 4). Conclusion Relative humidity and temperature of environment and the population of natural enemy are the important factors affecting the population of Acarus siro.
