摘要
义务教育阶段均衡发展是社会发展的必然要求,本文分析了国外义务教育均衡发展的政策趋势,并以当前几种教育测评的典型研究与实践为例,对开展义务教育均衡程度测评的对象、指标、数据来源、分析方法、结果处理等要素进行分析,以期为我国开展研究提供借鉴。
The balanced development at compulsory education stage is the necessary need for social development. This paper analyses the policy trend of balanced development in compulsory education abroad, and by taking as examples the typical studies and experiences of several current educational assessments, also analyses various elements like object, indicator, data source, analysis method and result processing relating to the balanced level assessment in compulsory education. It would provide references for the studies in China.
