摘要
本文主要探讨了芬兰通过教育政策即利用系统的途径来提高学生的学习。芬兰教育政策之所以能够提高学生主要在于其平等、灵活、创造、信任和注重教师的专业性,芬兰旨在提高学生学习的教育政策是建立在持续性的领导机制之上的,它强调教学和学习,鼓励学校创设良好的环境和优质的教育内容以便更好的帮助学生从而达到学校的总体目标。
This paper mainly discussed the way of Finland that used system approaches to improve students' learning. The reasons of why Finland education policy could improve students were equality, flexibility, creativity, trust and professionalism. Education policy to improve students' learning of Finland was established on continuing leader systems, which emphasized teaching and learning and encouraged school to create good environments and educational contents, so that it could help students achieve overall goals of school.
