英国中小学校本教师评价的主要做法及启示

摘要 英国中小学教师评价改革过程中,校内外评价相结合的做法日趋明显。本文着重分析了在英国中小学教师评价制度改革背景下,校本教师评价制度改革与实施过程中教师参与评价活动的基本思路、主要做法及促进教师评价能力发展的保障条件,并从中探寻对我国中小学校本教师评价改革与研究的有益启示。 In the process of British primary and secondary school teachers' evaluation reform, a trend of the combination of internal and external evaluation is increasingly obvious. This article discusses, especially under the background of British primary and secondary school teachers' evaluation reform, the basic thinking- way and the main approaches of how school teachers participate in the evaluation activities in the process of school-based teacher evaluation reform and implementation. It also explores some useful experiences to help the reform of primary and secondary school-based teacher evaluation in our country
