理解高校教师对教育信息技术的采纳:社会影响的视角 被引量:4

摘要 从社会影响的视角,以教师在日常教学中对BlackBoard网络教学系统的采纳为背景,在五所不同类型的国内高校获取数据实证,探讨了主观规范、社会形象两个因素对教师采纳教育信息技术的影响。研究结果显示:(1)主观规范一方面直接正向影响持续使用意向,另一方面还通过有用性感知的中介间接影响持续使用意向,并且对处于决策阶段的教师的影响要高于处于确认阶段的教师;(2)社会形象感知直接正向影响处于决策阶段的教师的持续使用意向,但对确认阶段的教师来说影响不显著。最后讨论了研究结论的理论和实践意义。
