证据型教学决策在美国:兴起、内涵、策略及其启示 被引量:17

摘要 20世纪后半叶以来,在西方循证教育文化发展的促动下,证据型教学决策在美国诞生。它是教育者系统挖掘、收集各类优质的学生学习表现数据,经过信息化、知识化处理,有效提升学生学习效果的系列决策活动。在学校层面,管理者需要聚焦能力建设,选定核心问题,挖掘优质数据,设计有效干预;在课堂层面,教师需要确定系列化行为目标,反馈直观化学习数据,设计效率化教学干预。对我国而言,借鉴美国的证据型教学决策思想可为未来教学决策研究和实践提供新思路、新方法,有利于提升教师教学和学生学习的自主性,满足学生学习需求。
