摘要
以华东地区省级中医院的女性主管为对象,主要探讨性别偏见知觉对其企业认同的干扰效果。经层级回归分析发现:性别偏见知觉对于留职认同会产生负面影响;内外控与性别偏见知觉的交互作用对价值认同有显著正向影响;工作自主性与性别偏见知觉的交互作用对留职认同有显著正向影响;角色冲突与性别偏见知觉的交互作用对留职认同有显著负向影响。结果表明:性别偏见知觉对企业认同而言实为重要情境变数,并据此提出无性别偏见氛围的实务构建意涵。
Oriented to the female executives in the provincial hospitals of Chinese medicine in the east China, this paper mainly discusses the interference effects of gender prejudice perception on corporate identity. The hierarchical regressive analysis finds that gender prejudice perception will produce negative effects on retention identity, the interaction of locus of control and gender prejudice perception has a significantly positive influence on value recognition, the interaction of job autonomy and gender prejudice perception has a significantly positive influence on retention identity, and the interaction of role conflict and gender prejudice perception has a significantly negative influence on retention identity. The results show that gender prejudice per- ception is an important situation variable to corporate identity, and then the paper puts forward the significance of the practical construction which is free of gender prejudice.
