摘要
广东生产总值中劳动报酬份额持续下降,从1978年的60.57%下降到2010年的44%,降幅达到16个百分点。广东劳动报酬份额下降的原因主要是产业结构变动、粗放型经济增长方式、不完善的分配机制以及金融体系的不健全。只有通过加快转变经济发展方式、构建公平的劳动力市场制度等深层次调整和改革,才能不断提高生产总值中劳动报酬的份额。
The labor income share in Guangdong's GDP continued to decline down from 60.57% in 1978 to 44% in 2010, a decline of 16 percentage points, due to industrial structure change, extensive economic growth style, incomplete distribution mechanism and unsound financial system. The labor income share in GDP can only be increased by deep-level adjustments and reforms to accelerate the transformation of the economic develooment mode and build the fair labor market institutions.
