随着对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的深入认识、产前检查工作的不断完善及系统的营养指导,大部分GDM患者孕期血糖可控制在理想状态,但如果忽视对GDM孕妇分娩及产褥期的血糖管理,仍会导致GDM孕妇及胎儿不良妊娠结局。因此,加强对GDM患者分娩及产褥期的临床干预管理,对于改善GDM母儿结局具有十分重要的意义。

With the in-depth understanding of gestational diabetes mellitus （ GDM ）, constantly improved antenatal examination work and the systemtic nutrition guidance, blood glucose of most GDM patients can be well controlled in the ideal state during pregnancy, but if ignoring glucose level management of GDM pregnant woman during delivery and puerperiurn, will increase the risk of maternal and fetal adverse pregnancy outcome. To improve the GDM materno-fetal outcome, strengthening of delivery and puerperium clinical interventions in the management has very important significance.
