演化经济学视角下的环境管制政策与企业竞争力

Environmental Regulation and Enterprises' Competitiveness Based on Evolutionary Economics

基于演化经济学理论,实证研究了环境管制政策对不同类型电力企业竞争力的影响。研究发现,行政性和市场导向的环境管制政策,以及政府补贴政策均会对电力企业竞争力产生正面影响;同时,行政性和市场导向的环境管制政策对不同规模的电力企业竞争力影响效果不同;而市场导向的环境管制政策对创新能力强的电力企业竞争力提升效果更为明显。

Evolutionary economics （EE） focuses on the explanation of economic phenomenon from the aspect of originality and heterogeneity. Based on the theory of EE, this paper investigates empiri- cally the impact of environmental regulation on the competitiveness of electric power firms. The re- sults show that administrative regulation, market oriented regulation and subsidy are all positive to e- lectric power enterprise competitiveness. Meantime, administrative regulation and market-oriented regulation have different impact on competitiveness of power enterprises with various scales. Market oriented regulation greatly promotes the competitiveness of the enterprises with high level of innova- tion ability.
