摘要
教师队伍的"逆向淘汰"、人才流动中的机会主义倾向、管理层的"官本位"主张、学校组织行为中的"过度关系化"现象以及高校行政管理人员的尴尬处境是当前高校人力资源管理面临的几大现实问题,本文通过对这些问题的表现形式及其原因的梳理与分析,对高校改革提出了相关的建议设想。
Nowadays, the HR management of colleges and universities is facing several issues as follows : the adverse elimination of teachers, opportunistic tendencies in talents' "flow", "official position" proposition in management, "over-related" phenomenon of organizational behavior and embarrassing situations of university administrative staff. This paper makes an analysis of these problems, and puts forward some proposals and tentative ideas.
