摘要
本文以上海市三所高校四个领域的全日制专业学位研究生为调查对象,运用"研究生学习体验与发展状况(GEDS)"调查问卷,研究发现导师的指导方式和指导效果对导师满意度评价影响十分显著。因此,改进导师的指导方式,进行有效的指导是提升导师指导质量的关键。
In this study the questionnaire data of＂ Graduate Experience ＆ Development Survey （GEDS）＂ are used and some full-time professional degree graduates in three Shanghai universities are selected. This paper concludes that the instructive methods and effects take a great part in the factors which affect the quality of those supervisors＇ instruc- tions. In older to enhance the quality of supervisors＇ instructions, it is necessary to improve supervisors＇ instructive methods and take effective instructions.
