摘要
教育实践能力的培养是促进师范生教师专业化的重要准备和前提,同时也是衡量学生是否具备有良好从教素质的标志。关注学生教育实践能力培养是教师职前教育发展阶段的关键。文章根据对江西省三所高师院校学生教育实践能力培养的调查和分析,就如何解决当前该省学生教育实践能力培养中存在的问题,提出了建议和对策。
The educational practice ability of normal students is a symbol of whether they have good qualities which normal students should have. And it is an important stage of the post-professional development of teachers, and an important factor to measure the quality of elementary education. There are problems of two different levels from the school level to individual level of normal students. The suggestions are made to solve the above problems : adjusting the proportion of the students' theory and practice, enriching and innovating the training mode of their educational practice ability, improving the school internship system, implementing the curriculum rigorously, strengthening com- munications between curriculum and real life, checking the educational practice ability of normal students strictly and strengthening their own initiative consciousness of training educational practice ability.
