异氟醚对成年大鼠脑组织活性影响的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨异氟醚吸入麻醉对成年大鼠学习记忆能力和脑组织活性的影响。方法取健康成年雄性Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为2组,空白对照组15只和异氟醚麻醉组15只;麻醉组给予2%异氟醚和40%氧气诱导及维持麻醉3h,对照组单纯吸入含40%氧气的空氧混合气体3h。麻醉组和对照组干预结束24h后,开始每天上午水迷宫训练连续7d,第8d进行Morris水迷宫测试,测试潜伏期、经过平台次数和平台象限停留时间;测试结束后处死大鼠取脑组织,采用生化方法检测乙酰胆碱酯酶(TchE)、单胺氧化酶(MAO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和脂质过氧化物活性(LPO)。结果与对照组比较,麻醉组大鼠潜伏期、经过平台次数和平台象限停留时间均无显著差异(P>0.05),脑组织TchE、MAO、SOD和LPO活性亦无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 2%单纯异氟醚吸入麻醉不改变成年大鼠麻醉后学习记忆能力及脑组织活性。 Objective To investigate the effect of isoflurane anesthesia on learning and memory ability and brain activity in adult rats. Methods male Wistar 30 rats, were randomly divided into 2 groups, blank control group(n= 15) and isoflurane group(n= 15) ;anesthesia group were induced by 2% and 40% oxygen and isoflurane maintained anesthesia 3 h,the control group inhaled mixed gas containing 40 % oxygen for 3 h. Anesthesia group and control group af ter intervention after 24h starts every morning, water maze training continuous 7d, 8D were tested in Morris water maze test,during the test, through the platform,latency and the number of platform quadrant dwell time ;after the test rats were sacrificed to get the brain tissue, detected by biochemical methods acetylcholinesterase(TchE), monoamine oxidase (MAO) ,superoxide dismutase(SOD) and lipid peroxidation activity(LPO). Results compared with the control group, the latency of rats after anesthesia,the platform and the number of platform quadrant residence time had no significant difference(P〉0.05), no significant difference of brain tissue TchE, MAO, SOD and LPO activity(P〉0.05). Conclusion 2 % pure isoflurane inhalation anesthesia does not change the learning and memory ability and brain activity in adult rats after anesthesia.
