摘要
目的本研究探讨HMGA2蛋白在人类口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法收集45例临床和病理数据完整的口腔鳞癌术后存档的石蜡包埋标本作为实验组,随机抽取30例正常口腔黏膜组织作为对照组。采用免疫组化S-P法检测口腔鳞癌及正常口腔黏膜组织中HMGA2蛋白的表达水平,应用SPSS 17.0软件包进行数据处理。结果 HMGA2在口腔鳞状细胞癌组具有高的阳性表达率。在口腔鳞状细胞癌淋巴结转移组具有高表达,在Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期组具有高表达。结论 HMGA2可以为口腔鳞状细胞癌早期诊断和治疗提供有参考价值的分子生物学指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of Endostatin,HMGA-2 in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma（OS- CC）tissue. Methods Forty-five resected specimens of patients undergoing surgery for OSCC were collected and thirty normal tissues were also collected as the control. Immunohistochemical staining was used for detecting the expression of HMGA2. The data were analyzed with the soft ware of SPSS 17.0. Results The HMGA-2 protein overexpressed in OSCC and related with lymphnode metastasis and TNM stage. Conclusion HMGA-2 purpose of this study was to put our results into the practice of clinical diagnosis and therapy .
