摘要 胰岛素样生长因子系统（insulin-like growth factor system,IGFs）由胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ（insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ,IGF-Ⅰ）、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ（insulin-like growth factor-Ⅱ,IGF-Ⅱ）、胰岛素样生长因子受体、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白及胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白水解酶等组成。研究表明,IGF-Ⅱ能够显著促进正常胎盘滋养细胞的浸润,利于胚胎着床,
