溶栓后脑出血的临床分类和非治疗危险因素分析
摘要
脑出血（intracranial hemorrhage,ICH）是动脉内溶栓或静脉内溶栓治疗缺血性卒中后最危险的并发症,可能导致部分病例的临床预后变差。本文回顾溶栓治疗临床试验,就脑出血的各种非治疗危险因素进行归纳和分析,深入认识溶栓相关ICH的致病因素制定最佳的治疗策略。
