糖尿病肾病实验室早期诊断标志物的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的主要微血管并发症之一,主要指糖尿病性肾小球硬化症,一种以血管损害为主的肾小球病变。2型糖尿病患者中约有30%~40%发展为糖尿病肾病(DN)。
