糖尿病肾病实验室早期诊断标志物的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的主要微血管并发症之一，主要指糖尿病性肾小球硬化症，一种以血管损害为主的肾小球病变。2型糖尿病患者中约有30％～40％发展为糖尿病肾病（DN）。
