肾脏早期损伤尿液检测指标研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 肾脏损伤是指肾脏结构或功能异常。各种炎症、代谢异常和免疫损伤等多种原因可造成肾脏损伤,特别是糖尿病,高血压,有肾脏病家族史等慢性肾脏疾病高危人群。目前,全球有100万以上中末期肾病患者,而且肾病患者的数量还在以每年10%的速度增长。中国的肾病患者约占全球肾病患者的1/10。
