Empirical Study on Influencing Factors of Market-oriented Construction Agent Mode Selection

本文在归纳总结现有市场化代建模式的相关文献的基础上,进行了实地调研和深度访谈,归纳出市场化代建模式选择的影响因素集,通过对预试数据的因子分析生成外部环境、利益相关者以及代建项目特点三个因子,进而构建出市场化代建模式选择的影响因素研究模型并提出研究假设。结果表明:外部环境是对选择市场化代建模式影响最重要的方面,其中,代建市场的成熟性对选择市场化代建模式的影响最为显著;在利益相关者方面,激励与约束机制对选择市场化代建模式的影响最为显著;在代建项目特点方面,项目的复杂程度是主要的影响因素。

On the basis of current literatures which are associated with market-oriented construction agent mode, spot investigation and deep interview were conducted to summarize the influencing factors of market-oriented construction agent mode. And then this paper generated three factors through the factor analysis for pre-test data, which are external environment, stakeholders and project characteristics. Afterwards, it proposed the research model of market-oriented construction agent mode selection and research hypothesis. Empirical results show that the external environment is the most important variable. And the maturity of agent construction system market in the factor of external environment is the most significant variable. In addition, the incentives and constraints mechanism is the most significant variable for market-oriented construction agent mode selection in the factor of stakeholders. The project complexity is the most impor- tant variable in the factor of project characteristics.
