头针配合体针治疗小儿遗尿32例疗效观察

Scalp and body acupuncture treatment effect of 32 cases of infantile enuresis

目的:寻求较有效的小儿遗尿的治疗方案。方法:将64例所选患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组32例。对照组以传统针刺治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上配合头针、体针取穴治疗。15 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果:治疗组中痊愈28例(87.5%),总有效率为100.0%;对照组中痊愈17例(53.1%),总有效率为93.7%。2组总有效率比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05),痊愈率比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:头针配合体针取穴治疗小儿遗尿临床疗效确切,且痊愈率高于传统针刺法。

Objective： To find effective treatment plan for pediatric enuresis.Methods： 64 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture therapy,the treatment group was treated traditional acupuncture therapy plus body acupuncture,15 days for 1 course.After 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect was analyzed.Results： 28 cases were cured in the treatment group（87.5%）,the total effective rate was 100.0%;17 cases were cured in the control group（53.1%）,the total effective rate was 93.7%.The difference in total effective rate between the 2 groups was not statistically significant（P0.05）;the difference in curative rate was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Clinical therapeutic effect of scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and acupoint therapy on infantile enuresis is exact,and the recovery rate is higher than the traditional acupuncture.
