基于局部性原理的小额实时电子支付结算系统设计

DESIGNING LOCALITY PRINCIPLE-BASED REAL-TIME ONLINE PAYMENT & SETTLEMENT SYSTEM FOR MICROFINANCE

借鉴国外已有的支付结算模式,结合我国支付系统的特点及安全要求,提出一种基于计算机局部性原理的小额实时结算及安全支付方案。该方案采用专门结算服务器接收从银行端返回的用户支付数据,当出现某用户支付后不能实时结算时提供自助对账结算系统从银行获取用户支付信息,并对该时间段内的所有支付进行强制结算处理,以便于其他用户实时结算,保证了支付系统中的支付安全性和结算实时性。实践数据表明,该方案在支付及结算业务中具有4A特色。

Learning from existing foreign payment and settlement mode and in combination with the features and safety requirements of payment system in our country,we propose a real-time settlement and safe payment scheme for microfinance which is based on computer locality principle.The scheme uses special settlement server to receive payment data of users returning from the bank terminals.When real-time settlement cannot be made after a user has paid,a self-service system of reconciliation and settlement will be offered for obtaining users payment data from the bank,and all the payments during that period will be handled in compulsory settlement in order to facilitate the real-time settlement of other user,so the payment safety and real time property of settlement in payment system is guaranteed.Practice data show that the scheme has 4A characteristics in payment and settlement business.
