摘要
针对VFD(Vacuum Fluorescent Display)字符显示的断笔和组合缺陷,提出基于连通域质心直线拟合的缺陷检测算法。首先对预处理后的图像求其各连通域的质心,采用最小二乘法进行直线拟合,进行基于平行直线的小角度倾斜校正,然后对不同点亮模式的图像特征,采用不同的判别方法,最终融合得到缺陷的检测结果。实验表明,这种检测方法可以有效地实现VFD字符显示缺陷检测,达到VFD面板显示缺陷自动化检测的要求。此方法已经应用于Honda汽车仪表盘VFD面板显示缺陷检测中,证明了该方法的可行性和有效性。
According to the defects of stroke broken and overlapping the VFD character display has,we propose a defects detection algorithm which is based on line fitting of the connected domain centroid.First,we calculate the centroid of every connected domain on pre-treated image and perform line fitting with least square method as well as small-angle tilt correction based on parallel lines.Then,we adopt different identification algorithms on image characteristics of different lighting mode and finally obtain the defects detection results through fusion.Experiments prove that the proposed method can effectively detect the display defects of VFD characters and meet the requirement of automatic detection of VFD panel display defect.This method has been applied to the defect detection of Honda vehicle VFD panel display,which demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
