高应力不同侧压条件下井壁合理结构及稳定性 被引量:2

摘要 采用理论分析研究双向不等压井壁结构的应力分布规律,利用大型数值计算软件,分析不同侧压条件下井壁的合理结构及布筋。研究结果表明:当井筒布置于不同侧压环境中,传统的等厚度的圆形井壁稳定性差,局部甚至会出现拉应力而导致井壁结构失稳;采用外壁为椭圆,内壁为圆的井壁结构可以调整井壁上的应力分布,维护井壁结构的稳定性;采用传统的等厚度井壁结构,如做适当地布筋调整,同样可以维持井壁结构上的应力分布合理,维护井壁结构的稳定;在采用布筋调整井壁应力分布时,应在侧压力小的方向加强布筋。 By using the theoretical analysis, research the pressure stress distribution of two - way and anisobaric shaft structure, based on the large numerical calculation software, analyses the rational structure and bar arrangement of shaft liner under different side pressure. The study results show that when the shaft arranged in different side pressure milieu, the stability of traditional, uniform thickness and circular sidewall is poor, local even can appear tensile stress and lead to instability of shaft liner structure. The shaft liner structure of which the outer wall is elliptic and the inner wall is round can adjust stress distribution on the walls, the traditional and uniform thickness shaft structure, such as the reasonable stress distribution in shaft structure, maintain ment adjust stress distribution of the shaft structure, should lateral pressure maintain the stability of the shaft structure. The use of adjust appropriately bar arrangement, also can maintain the stability of the shaft structure. When use bar arrangestrengthen reinforced material in the direction of the small lateral pressure.
