学校德育社会化是社会处于转型期在教育领域的影射,当前学校德育存在的问题主要包括:德育目标泛政治化;德育过程缺失主体性;德育方法的非人本性;德育活动缺乏实效性。学校德育社会化是学校德育在主体的共同参与下,以学校为主导,借助全社会的资源和力量,以培养适应社会发展需要的合格人才为目标,不断完善自身和适应、改造与发展社会的实践活动;学校德育社会化是信息时代的客观要求,是实现德育本质的必然要求,也是我们借鉴国外德育经验应该得出的正确结论;学校德育社会化可以从学校德育的生活化和实践化两个方面入手,尝试寻找支持学校德育的阿基米德点。

Socialization of moral education in schools is the insinuation in the period of society transi tion. The current problems on school moral include, politicized moral education goals; lack of process of moral subjectivity; inhuman nature of moral education; lack of effectiveness of moral education activities. The socialization of moral education in schools is school-oriented, with the resources and strength of the whole society to train qualified personnel to adapt to the needs of social development as the goal, and con- stantly to improve themselves and adapt to the transformation and development of the community practical activities.
