摘要
层次分析法是一种定量与定性相结合,将人的主观判断用数量形式表达和处理的方法(定量化);在分析职业院校教师继续教育的特点和存在问题的基础上,利用层次分析法模型对职业院校教师继续教育项目进行实证分析,从而明确当前职业院校教师继续教育项目的重点领域。
Analytic Hierarchy Process is a combination of quantitation and qualitation, and a kind of method which expresses people＇s subjective judgments hy the form of number. Based on the analysis of the features and existing problems of vocational college teachers＇ continuing education, this paper used AHP model to carry on the empirical analysis, so as to clear out the key field of current vocational college teachers＇ continuing education programs.
