摘要
对影响大学生就业的内在因素进行了研究.运用因子分析与Logistic回归分析相结合的方法,得出大学生校内兼职、就业认知偏差、就业观念态度和心理因素是四大主要影响因素,并且得出它们对就业状态的影响程度依次降低.运用描述统计分析方法对此四项影响因素做了进一步分析.
In this paper, the intrinsic factors affecting employment for university graduates are studied. With the hetp of factor analysis and logistic regression analysis, it concludes that pre-graduation work experience, employment cognitive bias, employment concept attitude and psychological factors are four main affecting factors, and the degree of influence is in successive decreasing order. Further analysis is made using the descriptive statistical analytical method.
