摘要
首先,简述了九型人格的相关概念,并以此为基础,将某图书馆馆员划分为9种人格类型。其次,构建了以人格假设——工作绩效为核心的研究模型并展开研究。研究结果表明"九型人格"视阈下的人格假设与工作绩效之间存在明显相关关系,具有一定的预测力,从九型人格——工作绩效的回归方程来判断,人口属性特征是不容忽视的关键因素,最终,笔者引入人口属性特征作为控制变量,修正了该方程,结果令人满意。
Giving a brief overview of the enneagram theory, and taking some tmiversity library for example, the library librarian is divided into nine personality types basing on the enneagram theory. The author eonstmets a research model about the multidimensional individual characteristics and job performance, which studies the relationship between the individual differences and work performance composed of various dimensions from the perspective of the enneagram theory. The results of the study show that there is a clear correlation relationship between the personality and job performance based on the enneagram theory, and fur- ther define the relationship by a specific form of expression. However, the demographic characteristics are the key factors that can not be ignored from the expression above. The author eventually introduces the demographic characteristics and corrects the equation. And the result is satisfacting.
