摘要
本文从多角度统计和分析了自专利法实施以来,我国图书馆专利申请情况,总结出涉馆专利的特点和存在的问题,提出了促进图书馆人涉馆专利加快发展的策略。
This paper summarized and analyzed the patents associated with the library from the patent law implementing,taking a multi angle approach.It summaried the characteristics and problems of the patents associated with the library.This paper proposed the strategy for promoting the development of librarians developed patents associated with the library.
