基于用户体验的吉林省高职高专院校数字图书馆建设调查分析

The Survey and Analysis on Digital Library Construction of Higher Vocational College in Jilin Province Based on User Experience

用户体验是用户在使用数字图书馆过程中建立起来的心理感受。本文围绕环境、展示和内容3个用户体验因素对吉林省高职高专院校数字图书馆建设情况进行了调查分析,建议吉林省高职高专院校数字图书馆建设应当逐步改善环境,增强公共服务意识;优化栏目展示,突出目标信息;合理扩充内容,开发特色资源。

User experience is the psychological feelings of users established in the process of using digital libraries.In this paper,a survey and analysis on digital library construction of higher vocational college in Jilin Province is conducted from three aspects of user experience：environment,layout and contents.Three suggestions are provided to improve the construction of higher vocational college’s digital library in Jilin Province：ameliorate the environment of user experience gradually as well enhance public service function;optimize the layout of secondary parts to underline targeted information for users;expand the contents of digital library reasonably as well develop characteristic databases.
