摘要 为科学应对雅砻江流域在建工程建设高峰期对粉煤灰的供应需求,在充分研究目前国内大型水电工程粉煤灰供应管理工作基础上,结合雅砻江流域在建工程粉煤灰供应管理实践,对供应商管理、粉煤灰供应链管理、质量管理体系建设、风险管理等方面进行了系统梳理,建立了针对流域化、多项目工程管理模式下粉煤灰供应管理的方式,为未来雅砻江流域后续项目粉煤灰供应管理提供理论依据和支持,并可为其他水电工程建设中物资供应管理提供借鉴和参考。 In order to scientifically deal with the demand of flyash supply for projects in Yalong River basin during the peak construction period,based on complete researches on the existing flyash supply work for large-scale hydropower projects in China,the supplier management,supply chain management,establishment of quality control system and risk management are systematically discussed combined with the practices of flyash supply management of the projects under construction in Yalong River basin.The relevant management ways for flyash supply with basin-oriented objective and multi-project management mode are proposed so as to provide the theoretical basis and support for flyash supply management work of future subsequent projects in Yalong River basin as well as the reference for material supply management of constructing other hydropower projects.
