水库移民经济类社会组织的重构分析——以丹江口水库外迁移民H社区为例

Reconstruction of social organization of economy for reservoir resettlement:case study of Danjiangkou resettlement in H village

1949年以来,大量的基础设施建设,尤其是水库建设导致了外迁安置移民原所属的社会组织受到根本性破坏。以水库移民的贫困风险作为切入点,指出移民搬迁面临"社会组织结构解体"的风险,需要在安置区重新建构社会组织;以丹江口水库外迁移民H社区移民的黄鳝养殖协会为例,展现移民经济类社会组织的重构实践,继而阐释移民经济类社会组织的概念、功能及重构困境,并从6个方面提出了重构路径。

After the founding of PRC in 1949,the construction of many infrastructures,especially reservoirs,leads to the substantial destruction of the original social organizations of reservoir resettlement.From the perspective of poverty risk of reservoir resettlement,it is pointed out that the resettlement in the relocation faces with risk of social structure disorganization,and social organization in the allocated area needs to be reconstructed.Taking Eel Breed Association in H village for Danjiangkou Reservoir resettlement as an example,the reconstruction practices of the social organization of economy are demonstrated.The concept,function and predicament of the social organization of economy are analyzed.The reconstruction path is proposed from 6 aspects.
