FDI对农业TFP的空间溢出效应研究

A Reasearch on FDI Effect on Space-spillover of Agricultural TEP

对于FDI技术外溢的研究多基于行业维度,而基于空间维度的研究较少。利用空间Durbin模型,以我国2009年260个地区的数据为样本,实证研究FDI对农业TFP的溢出效应。结果表明:FDI的区域内溢出仅促进了农业技术进步率,FDI的区域间溢出对农业技术效率、技术进步率和规模效率没有影响,总体来看,FDI对农业TFP没有显著作用。因此,盲目引入外资未必对东道国的农业发展有利,只有在地区间技术和发展水平相近的情况下,FDI才能有益于东道国的进步与发展。

The research of FDI technology spillovers is most based on industry dimension,few based on spatial dimension.This paper uses Spatial Durbin Model to test spatial spillovers of FDI to Agriculture TFP.By using data from 260 Chinese cities and areas in 2009,the result shows the intra-region spillovers of FDI only promote agricultural technology progress rate,the inter-region spillovers of FDI has no effect on agricultural technical efficiency,agricultural technology progress rate and agricultural scale efficiency,in total,FDI has no effect on Agriculture TFP.
