国有单位退休人员养老金发放方法的研究

随着我国经济改革开放发展的状况,制定科学的相匹配的个人收入分配方案是当务之急。本文本着先易后难的思路,先从国有单位(行政、事业、企业)制定统一的退休人员养老金配发方案入手,给出了方案制定的重要性、理论基础、从总量控制出发的方案制定的数量化模型,并深入的探讨了模型的机理、方法的科学性、合理性及可操作性,並注意到了与将来整个个人收入方案制定的匹配性、相融性。本文的目的是给有关机构提供个参考。

With the development of reform and opening up of China＇s economy, making a scientific pension division plan to match the personal income is currently a priority.
